Please carefully review our Cancellation and Refund Policy before subscribing to our services.
Prepaid Services
ConnectLive TV operates on a prepaid basis.
- Upon payment, you will receive your login credentials via email.
- Your subscription will remain active for 30 calendar days from the activation date.
- The card you use to sign up will remain on file for future billing.
Important: Once a payment is processed, there are no refunds.
You must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can easily cancel your subscription by:
- Logging into your customer portal.
- A “Manage Your Subscription” link is provided in your welcome email.
Please Note:
- Cancellations must be completed before the billing date to avoid the next charge.
- If you cancel after your subscription renews, your service will remain active for the next 30 days, and no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to locate your customer portal link, please contact our support team between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
No Refunds Policy
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Device Compatibility:
ConnectLive TV services are compatible with Android and iOS devices, and smart TVs such as Sony Bravia, LG, Fire TV, and Apple TV (must have access to Google Play Store or App Store).
If your TV does not support the required apps, you can still access our services using Amazon Firestick or Apple TV devices. - Incorrect Device Confirmation:
We always confirm with customers whether their device supports Google Play Store before activation.
If after confirming, it is later discovered that the device is outdated, discontinued, or unable to download applications, no refund will be provided. - User Setup Issues:
We offer full support to assist you in setting up devices, apps, and configurations.
However, if the issue lies beyond our standard support capabilities or is due to user-specific device problems, no refunds will be issued. - Temporary Channel Issues:
While our servers are highly stable, occasional freezing, buffering, or channel outages may occur. These are typically temporary and caused by:- Internet connection fluctuations.
- Device or app issues.
- Problems with your ISP.
- Temporary channel downtime on the server end.
- Change of Mind:
If you decide to withdraw, switch, or cancel your subscription after activation, no refunds will be issued.
Auto-Pay Policy
By providing your payment information, you authorize ConnectLive TV to:
- Store your Payment Method securely.
- Automatically charge your Payment Method for the amount due each month.
You certify that you are the authorized owner of the Payment Method provided.
If your payment information changes (e.g., updated account number or expiration date), it is your responsibility to update it by contacting ConnectLive TV.
Monthly payments will be charged automatically on your billing date.
